The full electronic 4F/4R power shift transmission system improves gear transition accuracy and driving smoothness, allowing the machine to respond faster during load changes and mixed digging–loading cycles. Combined with an electromagnetic hydraulic pilot control system, the operator gains more precise and lighter control over multi-function operations, improving efficiency in complex job site conditions.
High-End Hydraulic System with Load-Adaptive Performance
ZT388H-Ⅲ is equipped with a high-end load-sensing valve system from Lecro, positioned at the same performance level as Rexroth-class systems, ensuring accurate flow distribution based on real-time working demand. Together with a variable piston pump system, it delivers stronger hydraulic response, smoother multi-action coordination, and reduced energy loss during continuous heavy-duty operation.
Wet Axle for Strong Load Capacity & Stable Braking
The wet axle system uses an oil-immersed braking structure, which helps maintain stable braking performance under continuous heavy-load and high-temperature working conditions, reducing brake fading and improving safety on slopes. At the same time, the sealed lubrication design enhances heat dissipation and wear resistance, extending service life and lowering maintenance frequency in harsh construction environments.
Direct Mechanical Safety Control for Excavation Locking
The cabin-operated cable locking system allows direct mechanical locking of the excavator arm, improving safety during transport, idle states, and non-working conditions. This reduces unintended arm movement risks and enhances operator confidence during machine repositioning.
